Your Admissions Journey at EBIS New Capital

At Egypt Britannia International School (EBIS), we want your admissions journey to be clear, welcoming, and as smooth as possible. From your first enquiry through to your child’s first day, our friendly Admissions Team is here to support you, answer your questions, and guide you through each step.

  1. 01

    Make an Enquiry

Begin your admissions journey by contacting our Admissions Team by phone or through our online enquiry form.

We will be delighted to answer your questions and provide you with information about Egypt Britannia International School New Capital, available year groups, our curriculum, fees and admission requirements.

  2. 02

    Admissions Meeting

Our Admissions Team will arrange a meeting with you to learn more about your child, including their educational background, current school, year group and individual needs.

This is also an opportunity for you to discover more about EBIS, our curriculum and the educational experience we offer.

  3. 03

    Submit Your Application

Once you are ready to take the next step, you can complete our online inquiry form with your contact details and your child’s information. Our Admissions Team will then contact you and guide you through the application process.

Please note that completing the online form does not guarantee admission or secure a place. You will also need to visit the school to complete the application and submit the required documents.

  4. 04

    Assessment

All applicants from Foundation to Year 12, including IGCSE students, complete an assessment as part of the admissions process.

    • If you are applying for Foundation or Year 1, your child will be interviewed and assessed by the relevant academic team to help us understand their readiness and developmental level.
    • If you are applying for Years 2–12, including IGCSE, your child will complete age- and year-appropriate assessments in English and Mathematics.

Our relevant academic team will carefully review the assessment to determine whether your child meets the expected academic standards for their year group. Our Admissions Team will then communicate the assessment outcome to you and guide you through the next steps.

  5. 05

    Parent Interview

You will have the opportunity to meet with members of our Admissions and/or Academic Team to talk more about your child.

During this meeting, we will learn about your child’s educational background, interests, strengths and individual needs. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about our approach to learning, our expectations and our welcoming school community.

  6. 06

    Admissions Results

Once your application, assessment and parent interview have been completed, the relevant information will be reviewed by our school team.

Our Admissions Team will then contact you with the outcome and guide you through the next steps.

  7. 07

    Registration & Enrollment

Once your child has been accepted, you will need to complete the registration requirements to secure their place.

The down payment and registration fees must be paid within 7 working days of the date of the acceptance email. This will secure your child’s place and prevent the file from being cancelled.

  8. 08
