Welcome to Early Years at EBIS – a happy, nurturing and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and develop a genuine love of learning.
We believe that young children learn best when they are curious, active and excited about the world around them. Through purposeful play, rich language, stories, creativity and hands-on discovery, our children are encouraged to imagine, investigate, ask questions and develop their own interests. Every experience is carefully planned to make learning meaningful, engaging and, most importantly, fun.
Our indoor and outdoor learning environments provide children with opportunities to build, create, explore and collaborate. Early literacy and numeracy are woven naturally throughout the day, alongside opportunities to develop communication, physical skills, creativity and problem-solving. Our teachers guide and extend learning through conversations, questioning and carefully chosen activities that help every child make progress.
Relationships are at the heart of our Early Years. Our dedicated team takes time to know every child as an individual, helping them to feel safe, secure and valued. We support children as they build friendships, develop confidence, learn to make choices and become increasingly independent.
By the end of Early Years, we want our children to be curious, confident and excited about learning. With strong foundations and positive learning habits in place, they are ready to take their next steps into Primary School and continue their EBIS journey.
